## Guest needs access to one project

Invite them as an external guest. Open the workspace, select **Share > Invite guest**, enter their email, and choose Viewer or Commenter.

## Guest should not see other projects

Guest access is limited to the workspace in the invitation. The guest cannot browse other workspaces in your organization.

## Guest cannot add a comment

Check the guest's role in **Workspace settings > Guests**. Viewer access is read-only. Change the role to Commenter if the guest needs to add comments.

## Invitation expired

Unaccepted invitations expire after 14 days. An organization admin or workspace owner can create a new invitation.

## Remove guest access

Open **Workspace settings > Guests**, find the guest, and select **Revoke access**. A revoked guest can no longer open the workspace.
