# RelayBoard external guest FAQ

## Can a guest see every workspace in our organization?

No. A guest can access only the workspace in their invitation.

## What is the difference between Viewer and Commenter?

A Viewer has read-only access. A Commenter can also add comments, but cannot edit cards, settings, or members.

## Who can invite a guest?

An organization admin or the workspace owner can invite a guest.

## When does a guest invitation expire?

An unaccepted invitation expires after 14 days.

## How do I remove a guest?

Open **Workspace settings > Guests**, find the guest, and select **Revoke access**. A revoked guest can no longer open the workspace.
