Privacy and data boundary

Data collected

Before an order, only the buyer's company, name, role, business contact, public feature URL, current help-center URL, and written scope answers are needed.

For fulfillment, public sources are used by default. When they are insufficient, the service accepts only three to eight buyer-approved screenshots needed for the agreed feature.

Never submit

• Credentials, tokens, secrets, or private keys.
• Production-account access.
• Customer names, messages, tickets, or personal data.
• Payment-card or bank data.
• Private source code.
• Health, legal, tax, financial, government-controlled, export-controlled, or other regulated information.
• Screenshots unrelated to the agreed feature.

Use

Information is used only to check scope, create and QA the agreed documentation pack, deliver it, process the included factual correction, keep necessary transaction records, and honor opt-outs.

Buyer material is not used for model training, a public portfolio, or another customer's work without separate written permission.

AI boundary

AI may assist with production and structured QA. Every factual product statement must be mapped to an approved source, explicitly confirmed, or removed before publish-ready delivery.

Buyer-supplied non-public material is not sent to an external AI provider without separate written approval naming the provider and confirming the applicable no-training and retention terms.

Retention and deletion

• Public research URLs may remain in the source map.
• Raw screenshots and working copies are deleted no later than seven calendar days after delivery, completed correction, or cancellation.
• Temporary and backup copies containing buyer material expire within the same limit.
• The final pack and limited scope, payment, delivery, accounting, and dispute records may be retained only as required for the transaction and applicable recordkeeping.
• A minimal suppression record may be retained to honor a no-contact request.

Buyer controls

The buyer may request a factual correction, early deletion, or a copy of retained order metadata through the privacy contact above.
